Happy New Year!

Although January is for many of us, a chance to look forward to the year ahead,
I thought I’d use my first blog post of 2024 as an opportunity to reflect on what has been
an AMAZING past 12 months here at Must Have Ideas.

In 2023 we celebrated our 5th birthday, reached over half a million followers across our social media channels, hit 100,000 plus reviews on Trustpilot and, just before Christmas, we served our 5 millionth customer! Yep, that’s right... 5 MILLIONTH!

Last year really did seem to be one milestone after another – but we wouldn’t have reached
any of them without your INCREDIBLE support.

It feels like only yesterday that I was packing orders on my kitchen table while using our spare room to store stock.

Flash forward 5 years and we’re serving our 5 millionth customer – Caryl from Nantwich, Cheshire! To celebrate the occasion, we surprised Caryl with a £250 gift card to spend on our website. She couldn’t wait to get her hands on some more ‘must-haves’!

Five million orders in 5 years… Sometimes I can’t quite believe how far we’ve come.
My AMAZING team and I are thrilled to see our hard work and dedication is paying off.

And we’re not stopping there – we’ll continue to find innovative, ‘must-haves’ that make your
life that little bit easier – after all, it’s what we do best!
